Jasper Avenue

Breathing new life into downtown Edmonton.

For years this section of Jasper Ave has been sitting vacant. The Pendennis Building and neighouring Brighton Block developers had a joint vision and goal of breathing new life into these remarkable historic buildings. This area now channels the impressive architecture from the past and brings new inspiration and energy to a premium downtown location.

The Quarters

The area currently houses about 2,400 residents; however, at full development, The Quarters Downtown is expected to accommodate between 18,000 to 20,000 residents.

The area is planned around sustainable community design principles. A mix of land uses and development forms, appealing design, and green spaces are proposed to create a unique experience for residents and visitors.
