Lorraine Bodnarek has held previous executive positions with IBM, Finning Canada and retired in 2018 as VP of Commercial Development with Landrex Developers Ltd., to focus on personal and community impact projects through sustainable development.

Lorraine has managed innumerable large-scale commercial industrial, not for profit, residential and historical projects and is always deeply involved in the budget oversight against design vision and timelines. Lorraine works closely with all stakeholders and partners and clients to create value through collaboration, thoughtful leadership, inclusion and skillful negotiation. Lorraine is also a director on the Board with St. Michael’s Health Group since 2013.
For over 40 years, Ed Cyrankiewicz built and developed Delnor Construction, an award winning general contracting business in Alberta and BC. Ed has since retired from his day to day ownership responsibilities at Delnor Construction but remains a mentor to the new ownership group and Senior Director on the Board for DCL. Ed has managed numerous multi-million-dollar projects working with the Government
of Alberta, City of Edmonton, Telus, ATB, UofA, NAIT, IBM,AHS, Finning Canada, MacEwan University and numerous not for profit and Fortune 500 private entities.
Lorraine and Ed are involved in multiple charitable organizations and support the Bissell Centre, Big Brother Big Sister Boys and Girls Club, Hope Mission, the Mustard Seed, St.Michael’s Health Group, Kids with Cancer, IKWC, the Stollery, among many other charities.
